They thoughtfully created holidays and wrapped in the finest of deals for experiences to last a lifetime.
The Challenge
On the occasion of their first anniversary, the company decided to gift their customers an exclusive gift item. As the occasion fell in conjunction with the New Year, it was important that the customers were enthralled. Since the company believes in giving meticulous experience to the travelers, the gift had to be personal yet unanimous. The gift had to cover many things – a spirit of celebration, a unique representation and continuation of their personalized relationship with each of their customers. It was required that the gift would turn out as an item, which was not a thing, one could easily make available in the market, and certainly not one that was available over the shelf.
The Solution
Since the gift had to be made into an exclusive item, we set out on our task, keeping in mind the theme for the season. The item had to exude celebration, class and elegance, so we represented it with wine shape bottle, which is exquisite, classy and symbolized sophistication. On the occasion of New Year, chocolate was fancied, so we created a wine shaped chocolate box.
Since the company catered primarily to international travel, the box carried an international look and feel. Colour theme was chosen. Inside the box were kept smaller boxes with name of destination countries from the travel program of each customer’s itinerary. Each of the small boxes included chocolates of a particular flavor that represented the country of their visit.
The gift… was ready!

The Result
The finished product not only charmed Vacations Exotica but their customers as well. The delight and special feeling that each customer expressed was overwhelming. The clients not only endorsed the gift item but the exclusive idea of creating the gift as well. There was no looking back from here. The gift boxes were subsequently created with varied other designs and were welcomed in abundance by the customers. Not only did the whole idea emerge as a great gifting option but a distinct gifting marque.
