Having their presence stamped across prime locations in Mumbai, Bawa Group of Hotels was looking to expand its portfolio in leading cities in India. Over the years their services have been able to maintain the age old tradition in hospitality business, at the same time they have welcomed the modern outlook in their functioning.

Bawa Group, in their building stages suffered to establish their identity, majorly attributed to the lack of standardized procedures. Each of the four Bawa Group of Hotels in Mumbai provided a distinct experience hence, they wereunable to establish their brand uniformity. That was when Vivid Brand Communication was entrusted to revamp their marketing and branding strategies that would create uniformity across the chain of Hotels.

Bawa Group of Hotels was already a pioneer in their segment with decades of experience. Keeping that in mind we developed a theme with a four-way consideration –

  •  Messages that appeal the masses and which can be easily reproduced

The prime focus was given to redesigning the logo, one that would be appealing to customers and which would create a distinct identity for the Bawa brand. Menus across all Hotels were synchronised with uniform fonts and layouts. Minute details were imbibed in their categorical characteristics to maintain the theme of the Hotel brand, beginning from stationery items, magazines and eventually following up to the advertisements. Even the door handles and car parking coupons maintained the same theme.

We were able to decisively define the right strategies without enforcing any major changes in the existing resources, already having overcome the key challenges. The key solutions for design and development of their brand were remodelled and provided the crucial finishing touch.

We received an astounding response from the customersacross all sections. It was a conclusive result for us to move forward with the same strategy and fortify those changes across other Hotels of The Bawa Group including the newly opened ones in Kolkata and Jaipur. The brand image for the Bawa Group was consolidated owing to the creation of uniform identity. It was one of the many satisfying projects for us as we were able to generate an overwhelming response from customers, which enabled us to serve more group brands effectively.
